It all starts with your own unique vision and we take it from there! A preminary sketch or “mock-up” is drawn up and submitted along with our estimate. With your “go-ahead,” we then schedule a day and time to begin with the foundations and start laying the frame work.

THE FOUNDATIONS AND THE FRAME
Each post is buried in 2-feet of cement to ensure proper stabitlity. If building the foundation on a slope, this “dig-down” is increased wherever necessary to ensure your foundation is as strong as possible and your finished deck will endure the pressures of everyday modern living. Each post, and all of our framing is installed with specially treated Douglas Fir, to prevent against rot, termites, and moisture. We only use Simpson branded brackets, which are made of a stronger galvanized steel. Additionally Olis Wood, Inc. always and only uses galvanized nails and screws to make sure that everything is as secure as possible.
